COVID-19

In the present situation with the COVID-19, Hydro Hawkesbury is concerned with the health and safety of the public and our employees. 

As a preventive measure please note that our office is closed until further notice.  Our employees remain at your service.

We would like to inform you of the methods of payment available:

  • By cheque. Make cheques payable to Hydro Hawkesbury Inc. (with Canada post services or we have a night deposit box outside the building.) Return the top portion of your bill with your payment and write your Hydro account number on the cheque.
  • At most financial institutions, by phone, Internet or in-branch banking.
  • Pre-authorized payment.
  • By credit card, through our partner Paymentus at 1-877-480-3969 or by internet at    https://ipn.paymentus.com/otp/stde/hwh.  Until April 30th 2020, Hydro Hawkesbury will absorb the transaction fee applicable to your transaction.
