Moving In or Out

Moving?

Inform Hydro Hawkesbury Inc. about your move to ensure electricity service to your new home is ready when you move in, or that your account is updated when you move out. If you are moving in you need to come to our office located at 850 Tupper St. to complete the required documentation.

An Account Set-up Charge will be applied to your first bill. It covers the cost of opening a new account, and amending records.

If you are moving into or out of a property, you must contact Hydro Hawkesbury Inc.; a minimum of 10 business days in advance.

This notice is required in order to ensure that your account is updated as required. If you move without notifying Hydro Hawkesbury Inc., you will be liable for the account until notice of your move is received.

YOU RECENTLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM HYDRO HAWKESBURY. IT'S NOT A SCAM

Dear Customer,

Hydro Hawkesbury Inc. will be updating its online portal to serve you better.

YOUR ATTENTION IS NEEDED: Keep a copy of your last bill either print or save a copy to have all the information on hand. You will receive another email asking you to create Your Username & Password for My Account when the new portal is live.

 

When the new portal is available on June 25, 2024, you must create a new username and password to access the updated My Account portal and begin exploring the newest tools and features.

 

IMPORTANT! Links to the previous portal will no longer be valid and you will be unable to login. Once you've created a new username and password, your consumption and billing data will be available for viewing/accessing in the updated My Account online portal.
