We would like to inform Hydro Hawkesbury customers that the repeated power outages observed in the area since Friday, January 9, 2026, are related to the Hydro One network.

Hydro One is currently conducting patrols, including the use of helicopters, to identify the source of the issue and implement the necessary repairs.
